Type of startups you will meet:
On the 28th and 29th of April you will meet teams from WeWork Labs, who are working on their product in any stage between MVP and growth. Startups based in WeWork Labs are building businesses in a wide variety of verticals: AI, deeptech, travel, food, retail/consumer products, fintech, insurtech, blockchain, mental health, edtech, HRtech, proptech, and more.
What can I expect on the day itself?
Both Startup Showcases will feature approximately 50 early-stage startups. Each Startup Showcase consists of presentations from the startups during which the founders share key points about their team and venture. They will be scheduled according to industry vertical, to help you connect to new ideas, insights, mentorship opportunities and more.
Which of the two Showcases should I tune in to?
We have split up our April Startup Showcase across two focussed days based on the maturity of the startups who will be attending. Each Startup Showcase will feature approximately 50 startups. You are invited to join either one or both events. See the event page of the events here.
We held our last WeWork Labs Startup Showcase in UK and Ireland in January 2020, with great success - this time we want to take it one step further! We are going virtual and giving the floor to not just our UK based teams, but also to teams based in the remainder of our European WeWork Labs locations.
